Federal League Games April 22nd

Little known Tim Keefe held the Washington Senators to four hits in 8 innings to earn his third win of the year.  The Knights only spotted Keefe three runs, but it was enough.  Neil Robinson propelled New Orleans to an easy win in Boston, while Jazz King hurler Gaylord Perry kept Pilgrims' sluggers mostly swinging at air.  New Orleans maintains a one game lead to remain in first place in the Federal League.  Bob Gibson continues to struggle with Philadelphia as the Liberty bowed to the Grays, 7-4.  George Kelly collected four hits for Pittsburgh.
